I bought a car from him last year, and I've been doing all my regular maintenance and service with him as well. He's skilled, detail-oriented, and honest. I've been satisfied so far and would definitely recommend him to others.
My car broke down an hour and a half from home and the lovely people at this garage took me in same day given my situation and treated me as if they were helping family! I was anxious and upset given the situation of breaking down away from home, on my way to a nonrefundable reservation 3 hours away and they understood and made sure to assist me as quickly as possible. They scanned my car, attempted to fix the problem, but unfortunately the problem was worse than we thought and it required more work than a quick fix so it was sent back to my mechanic. They drove me to the car rental place down the road so that I could rent a car and told me if I had any issues to just give them a call. I had never met these people and here they are helping me in every way imaginable, I cannot imagine how much more stress and anxiety I would have felt if I had gone to another shop. I personally do not understand any of the negative reviews because these lovely people treated me as if I was family and helped me in a situation that could have been a lot worse. I fully intend to take a drive out there this summer just to pop by and say thank you again - that was how much of an amazing experience I had. If I lived in the area, they would 100% have gained a new customer for life.
Extremely pleased with the recent purchase from this dealership. Went above and beyond to make sure the car I bought was in perfect condition. Very proffessional, kind and knowledgeable. Nelu made every part of the experience, from first message to driving away, an absolute pleasure. Would absolutely recommend.
Bought a car from this guy 6 months ago. The car has been barely driven and now needs a new transmission for the same price I bought the car! Also replaced the engine with a CVT one to save costs prior to my buying the vehicle. Avoid this guy at all costs! I knew something was off.
Bought a car here back in November. 2006 Hyundai Accent. Was sold “certified” with no catalytic converter, a erased check engine light that came on 20 minutes after picking it up. When called was told to come back another month to fix it, which he never did. Ended needing ball joints and wheel bearings. Battery was supposed to be changed but wasn’t as well as the brakes as we confirmed serval times that they were done. Also was in an accident which was not disclosed to us. Go somewhere reputable will not be back :(
This is a very good professional garage, we have used this location for all my family needs from regular maintenance to unexpected issues. We are always treated as good as you can be, got practical advice if we need to look for a better way to treat our vehicles.
