Waiting since Nov 03 for appointment confirmation from the receptionist. She said she will talk to Willy and get back to me. Followed up on Nov 12 and still no response. Very bad customer service.

Willie DeRosa and his team at Portugal AB are exceptional: Great service. Excellent workmanship. Attention to detail. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Very fair prices.
We just had a car repaired by Willy and his team. Customer service was absolutely outstanding, friendly and courteous. Communication is excellent and repair was delivered on time as promised.
They are simply amazing. Very reliable. Willy is a great guy. I had to replace door and fender and they were able to fix it quickly and for lot less than what they have quoted for. Willy assured that he will try to save here and there since I was bit nervous about the cost. Super positive experience with the service I received and good people. Must recommend if you need to visit a body shop.
Neighbor accidentally backed into our Corolla. After reading reviews I took the car in and got a fender replaced and some other minor touchups. Willy and his receptionist are class acts. The job came in under estimate and was done within a day. Can't imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else for any future damage after the experience I had. Thanks guys!

I happened upon this place by accident (no pun intended) when my brother's car had some minor damage from a parking incident and the offending party suggested he take it to Portugal Auto Body. They did an amazing job on his car and I took mine in for my own minor body damage. The work is flawless, I can't even remember where the damage was. They came in under time and under estimate (which was reasonable to begin with). Couldn't be happier with the experience except with a time machine to go back and not have damaged my car to begin with.
